2. Refund Window and Timeline
We provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your initial purchase date. This extended window allows you sufficient time to thoroughly evaluate our AI capabilities and determine if our platform aligns with your creative requirements. Refund requests submitted beyond this 14-day period cannot be processed due to operational and technical constraints.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet all of the following conditions:
Usage Limitations
- Your account must have submitted fewer than 15 AI processing tasks since purchase
- At least 75% of purchased credits must remain unused in your account
- The service must not have been used in violation of our Terms of Service
- No commercial usage of generated content (for business plans)
Request Requirements
- Refund requests must be sent via email to support@bananaimg.art
- Include your account email address and order number
- Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
- Submit the request within the 7-day window from your purchase date
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired
- Accounts that have submitted 15 or more AI processing tasks
- Credits that have been consumed by more than 75%
- Cases where the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
- Free trial credits or promotional credits
- Subscription renewals (you may cancel future renewals but cannot get refunds for current periods)
- Purchases made with promotional discounts or special offers
- Payment processing fees (may be deducted from refund amounts)
- Enterprise or custom service agreements
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Review Process
- All eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
- Our support team will contact you if additional information is needed
- The decision on refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of BananaImg Art
Payment Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Annual Subscription Transaction Fees
For annual subscription refunds, a 4% transaction loss fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing costs and administrative expenses incurred during the original transaction.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds based on service usage and specific case details. The partial refund amount will be determined by our support team after reviewing:
- Extent of service usage
- Time elapsed since purchase
- Specific circumstances of your case
- Credits consumed versus credits remaining
7. Subscription Management
Cancellation Policy

- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your credits until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Subscription benefits (such as commercial licensing) remain active until the end of the paid period
Auto-Renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges
- Disabling auto-renewal does not affect your current subscription period
8. Commercial License Refunds
For users with commercial plans:
- Standard refund conditions apply to commercial subscriptions
- Commercial licensing benefits are immediately revoked upon refund approval
- Images generated under commercial license may require removal from commercial use
9. Data and Content Policy
Upon refund approval:
- Your account access will be terminated
- Generated images and account data may be permanently deleted
- You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to retain before requesting a refund
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
